What it is
Resveratrol is a polyphenol found naturally in grapes, berries and dark chocolate. It comes in two forms, trans and cis; trans-resveratrol is the form studied in most research. Ours is over 99% trans-resveratrol, with nothing added.
How to take it
Adults: one level scoop (about 500 mg) a day. It doesn't dissolve well in water, so mix it into yogurt, a smoothie or a spoonful of olive oil. Many people take it with their NMN.
